threat of the Grantee exercising the rights of eminent domain, for and in consideration of TEN
and 00/100 ($10.00) dollars, and other valuable consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to
COWLITZ COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, Grantee, the property
described on the attached ,Exhibit "A", and illustrated on the attached Exhibit "B". It is
understood and agreed that delivery of this deed is hereby tendered and that the terms and
obligations hereof shall not become binding upon Cowlitz County unless and until accepted and
approved hereon in writing for Cowlitz County, its authorized agent.

A parcel of land lying in the southeast one-quarter of Section 16, Township 9 North,
Range 2 West, Willamette Meridian, Cowlitz County, Washington and being a portion of
that property described in that Statutory Warranty Deed to Patrick A. Quigley, recorded
August 9, 1996 as Auditor's File Number 960809023 (Volume 1237, at Page 459) of
Cowlitz County Records; the said parcel being that portion of said property included in a
strip of land variable in width, lying on the westerly side of the center line of White Road
County Road #24550), which center line is described as follows:
BASIS OF BEARINGS IS NAD83(2011)(EPOCH:2010.0000) WASHINGTON STATE
PLANE, SOUTH ZONE, (4602), per survey by Paul D. Galli, Cowlitz County Department
of Public Works, to be filed in the Auditor's Office at the completion of this project.
Beginning at a railroad spike at the centerline intersection of an angle point in Wren
Loop Road and the end of Sandy Bend Road (Station 0+00.00 -Wren); Thence North
71°15'26" West, 932.35 feet to the beginning of a 190.99 foot radius curve to the right
Station 9+32.35 -Wren); Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 19°31'22"
the long chord bears North 61°29'45" West, 64.76 feet), an arc distance of 65.08 feet
Station 9+97.42 -Wren), to the intersection of said Wren Loop Road, with said centerline
of White Road, (Station 0+00.00 -White) being the True Point of Beginning of this
